Keepr Digitals Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16707260, maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are fully committed to fostering a safe environment and strictly prohibit any content, behaviour, or interaction that endangers minors.

The Keepr application is strictly an adult-only (18+) platform. Protecting children from online exploitation and abuse is our highest operational priority. This document outlines our safety standards, prevention mechanisms, and strict reporting protocols to remain fully compliant with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and international safety regulations.

1. Strict Age Requirement & Verification

Our application is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We enforce this limitation through multiple safety layers:

Age Gate: Mandatory date of birth entry during sign-up to prevent registration by anyone under 18.

Underage Reporting: Users can flag profiles they suspect belong to minors. These reports are prioritised for immediate review.

Immediate Ban: Any account found to be operated by an individual under the age of 18 is permanently terminated.

2. Explicit Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

We strictly prohibit the creation, uploading, sharing, or facilitation of any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content. Prohibited behaviours include, but are not limited to:

Any visual representations, media, or text depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.

"Grooming" behaviour, online enticement, or attempts to initiate contact with minors for sexual or exploitative purposes.

Content that sexualises children or promotes sexual contact with minors.

Sextortion, solicitation, or advertising of sexual services involving minors.

3. Proactive Monitoring and Enforcement

Keepr utilises robust technologies and human moderation to monitor, block, and eliminate CSAE and CSAM on the platform:

Automated Screening & Filtering: We run automated content scanners and keyword filters designed to identify patterns associated with child exploitation, grooming, or abuse.

Human Review: Our moderation team operates 24/7 to review flagged content. Any potential CSAE or CSAM content is prioritised and addressed immediately.

4. Handling of CSAM and Legal Compliance

In accordance with global child safety laws and regulations:

NCMEC Reporting: If we obtain actual knowledge of confirmed CSAM or CSAE on our platform, we will immediately remove the offending material, terminate the associated account, preserve critical evidence, and report the event to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate local law enforcement authorities.

Law Enforcement Cooperation: We fully cooperate with valid legal processes and law enforcement investigations involving child safety.

6. In-App Mechanism for User Feedback and Reporting

We provide a native, straightforward in-app mechanism for users to submit feedback, report concerns, or report suspicious behaviour directly inside the app:

How to report: Navigate to the user profile or post, tap the "Report" action button, and select the appropriate reason (e.g., "Underage User" or "Inappropriate Content").

All child safety-related reports are treated with the highest urgency and are reviewed within a priority timeframe.
